BellRinger 3-9-15

1) A new study from medical researchers at Harvard and Northwestern shows that 18- to 25-year-olds who smoke marijuana had marked abnormalities in areas of their brains that regulate emotion and motivation.
2) Kind of a little but it doesn't really change the matter with me. I could care less if it gets legalized or not because it doesn't affect me.
3) This does not affect me because I don't smoke weed and don't want to. If a doctor prescribed me to do it then that's different because I would be following my instructions.

Bellringer 3-2-15

1) They are taking away the common core.
2) That school will not get enough funding to follow this program.
3) If it was me I would have yes dropped the bill but have a plan for the after. Maybe try going back to the old days to see how it works with this generation and bring up a system that could improve it to its better extents.

Jesse Owens
1) Jesse was a track and field athlete from Cleveland. He later become a member of the East Technical track team and set many national records for running 100-yard dashes in 9.4 seconds. Then he reached his goal of running the 200-yard dash in 20.7 seconds and set a record of a 24 feet and 9 and 5/8s broad jump. Jesse later went to the Olympics and won four gold metals in 1936. People didn't believe him and he would hold races against horses and cars to show off his speed. After four years of him winning the gold metals, Jesse was invited to the white house and was given a Metal of Freedom.

BellRinger 2-25-15

1) The government wants to revoke the law about having no kid left behind.
2) Honestly I feel like they go more by that law then teaching the kids that need to be challenged. Which keeps them from reaching the goals they need for college.
3) Because it deals with people and their children with their school work. Kids that need more help should have different classes or specialized teachers to help instead of having them interact and keep the kids that need hard projects at lower levels.

Bell Ringer 11-12-14

1) His role will change because he is now against things that are becoming a big deal right now.
2) Joe is working on not having gay marriage and to keep peoples rights to owning guns.

BellRinger 11-6-14

1) I feel like the state made a good decision because they need a new point of view in the seat.
2)I feel like she could be very helpful. Yes she might be a little behind because of her age and knowledge, but as she learns I feel like she will become a very good and helpful person to make decisions.

BellRinger 11-3-14

1) This lady was suffering from a dieses and was not going to get better so she tried to get euthanized. With this people thought it was wrong to want to kill yourself. Arguing the matter people tried to bring religion and all kinds of things into the desiccation. Finally she got her way and passed November 1st with her friends and family by her side.
2) Once again they try and bring in religion and the gift of a human life.
3) I believe she did what she thinks is best and it's her right to choose how she dies when she was suffering.
