Ability to handle and deal with a crisis	A	He didn’t let people and their opinion bother him because he was going to do what he felt was right no matter what.
Ability to work with Congress and Cabinet	B	Abraham did listen to what his congress and cabinet had to say but he didn’t always follow their plans.
Character and Integrity	A+	They didn’t call him honest Abe for nothing. He stuck to what was true and right and followed it no matter what stepped in his way.
Education	C	Education wasn’t top deal on his mind because of the fight between the North and the South.
Empathy	A	He spoke his mind in his speeches and kept his word. He always expressed how he felt about different ideas and choices.
Foreign Policy	B	Around his time he was fighting more within his country instead of outside of it with other people.
Relates to the common man	A+	Everything his did was for the people in his country. He fought for certain rights that would later change things dramatically.
Persuasiveness	A+	He was very good with his words and just spoke the truth which people loved because it was the right moral thing.
Political Experience	C	He did fail the first time he ran for office. The other time he ran though he made it because he studied up.
Public speaking & Communication	A+	I is know that Abraham worked on his public speaking for years ever since he was a boy. Finding out new skills and making his vocabulary bigger was the first steps this man took to become a great leader.
